Rels Settlement Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the Minnetonka, MN office. In this position you will work with business and technical departments, identify process and system changes to support the strategic goals of the organization. The Business Analyst may act as the business project manager moving small to medium sized initiatives from requests through implementation.
• Acts as a liaison/strategic partner between Rels and clients, vendors and other divisions to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services.
• Develop business cases including working with Financial to define financial impacts, financial return and ROI, presenting these materials for executive management review and decision making.
• Define and document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, etc.
• Define and document business requirements.
• Recommends and drives the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans to take business case from concept through implementation for small to medium sized initiatives
• Manage change across business units working with line management to ensure that solutions fit business needs and that management tools to control new processes hae been established when necessary.

• Has knowledge of project management methodologies and their application in a business environment.
• Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.
• Good written and oral communication skills
