Rels Valuation is seeking an experienced Utility Appraiser for the Milwaukee, WI area. Responsibilities include estimating market value of residential properties for loan purposes.
Job Qualifications • State License/Certification required.
• 3-5 years appraisal experience as a staff or fee appraiser with substantial experience appraising all investment type properties.
• Completion of at least two residential appraisal courses (as offered by one of the approved professional appraisal organizations).
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills as relates to appraisal theory and practice.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
