This position oversee the daily operation and management of a National Foreclosure Title Operation. Responsibilities include the management of the ordering process, vendor relations, off-shore staff and customer service including a staff of 10 to 15. This position requires experience in managing workflow processes, excellent verbal and writing skills, and candidates should be fairly knowledgeable in technology processes. Day to day activities include the following:
· Provide leadership, feedback and training to staff
· Develop, modify and test new workflows and reports
· Troubleshoot system, workflow and reports issues that arise daily
· Analyze and monitor daily production
· Develop and introduce new ideas and processes, which improve performance or productivity
· Conduct annual performance evaluations
· Evaluate monthly order count and staffing needs
· Review monthly vendor and client turn times and error ratios
· Create and present service-related incentive programs
· Review Monthly Accounts Receivable reports
Job Qualifications Real Estate Title understanding, knowledge and experience required. Prior Management experience required. Experience in the Mortgage Default Industry a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years experience of demonstrated management skills.
Demonstrated successful track record of design, development, and completion of critical, complex projects in area of functional expertise.
Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior management level, internal and external to an organization.
