* Assist in managing a variety of business projects
* Assist in testing of new projects and application enhancements
* Create and maintain ODBC ad doc queries and reports
* Run Daily, Weekly, & Monthly reports for Rels Valuation Business lines
* Work with Rels Valuation/AVS to solve their business related challenges
* Responsible for keeping Rels Valuation/ACS informed on critical system issues and projects that are being rolled out
* Coordinates administrative activities and duties to research and development projects
* Participates in project team meetings
* Prepares status reports and documents through the use of computerized systems
* Learn Project Management roll for future advancement into that position
* Other Miscellaneous Tasks as needed
Job Qualifications * Excellent Computer Skills (Good working knowledge of all business applications)
* Knowledge of Rels Valuation/ACS business
* Ability to work independently and rely on good judgments to make decisions
* Four Year college level course of study in computer science, mathematics, business or a related field
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
% of Travel Required
