First American Specialty Insurance Company and First American Property & Casualty Insurance company is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative that can service up to 75 to 100 calls a day.

• Assist internal and external customers with requests and inquiries, resolving 1st and 2nd tier customer service calls.
• Completes and processes orders.
• Verifies contact information.
• Tracks orders as necessary for customers, runs various reports as requested.
• Maintains accounting of all orders in order to comply with customer delivery expectations.
• Records consistent problems areas.
Job Qualifications • An active Property/Fire & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Personal Lines Insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Requires knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• 50 words per minute required.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving.
