Sales Rep, Commercial

Responsible for selling products and services through networking and sales activities outside of the normal place of business; Maintaining existing customer base while generating new business; Up-selling and cross-selling abstract and title products.

-Sells Title and, Escrow products and services to commercial mortgage lenders , Realtors, developers and attorneys .

-Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

-Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders by phone.

-Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

-Works with office managers to keep account activities up to date.

-Coordinates customer training.

-Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

-Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
Job Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

-3+ years sales experience

-Ability to self-start and high energy level

-Ability to communicate and resolve interpersonal conflict

-Enthusiasm to and for customers

-Ability to demonstrate products and services

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and escrow related software.
