This position provides critical daily administrative support. The position is responsible for: Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, events and conference calls. The candidate identified will:
• Act as a focal point for a wide range of departmental/company policy information, questions, issues, and power point presentations.
• Greeting and assisting all visitors who enter the offices and providing outstanding customer service.
• Make domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing itineraries; travel approval and tracking process
. Distribution of departmental communications and alerts
. Preparation of expense reports
. Act as liaison to internal/external departmental managers and staff.
Job Qualifications To qualify for this position, you will be an energetic team player with excellent communication, organization & people skills dealing with all levels of individuals within the organization. You will use your superior judgment and discretion while handling highly sensitive HR and business documents. In addition, you will possess a minimum of 5 years’ successful track record supporting a high level executive, preferably in the IT field. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience highly desirable. Superior written and verbal communication skills are critical to the success of this opening. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
