Executive level position reporting into the CIO leading Business Intelligence initiatives. This job will require strong technical background and extensive experience working closely with business leaders. This role will lead an Enterprise Reporting Organization in developing and executing strategies and innovation through leveraging technology to help meet ever changing business demands. This dynamic job will help support critical business requirements and reporting needs that maintain a competitive advantage. Adaptability and willingness to aggressively attack problems are a must. Job Qualifications • 10+ years experience with Oracle/ Microsoft/Hyperion/Business Objects EPM implementation and usage expertise • Strong background in Business Intelligence and reporting frameworks • Proven record of excellent communication, managerial and writing skills • Previous experience in data warehouse and data mart development • Ability to work across multiple teams developing a collaborative work environment while managing to timelines • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proven ability to set strategic direction by thought leadership and delivering on technology initiatives • Must be comfortable working directly with senior, executive and C-Level Management • Strong foundation in Project Management % of Travel Required 25%-50% NOTICE: Individual is responsible to adhere to First American Corporation’s and department’s compliance and information security policies, practices, and procedures, including the handling of systems and data, in the performance of the role.
