• Responsible for handling Customer/Client inquires on a portfolio of loans.
• Working with clients to obtain information and/or documentations necessary to complete the foreclosure action.
• Act as the coordinator and liaison between the company and customers. Build and maintain relationships with the clients at all levels.
• Provide client with necessary foreclosure information and respond to inquires from lender.
Job Qualifications • Excellent written/oral communication
• Excellent organization skills
• Must have 1+ year loan servicing experience with client customer service experience.
• Commercial foreclosure experience.
• Must be able to perform and manage multi task in a very fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Vendorscape, Lenstar and Process Management systems beneficial.
• Able to handle and respond to large number of inquiries in a timely manner.
• High School diploma or GED
