Quality is critical for the Document Creation (DC) group to mitigate compliance related penalties, to meet service level agreements as contracted, and is our greatest defense against any liability issues. Maintaining good quality is also a great selling/retaining benefit for our clients. This role is to ensure that the DC products are processed and produced with top quality and efficiency. The work should be approached with pro-active and re-active planning and actions. This is a team lead position to assist the Document Creation team, and will be back-up for the Document Creation Supervisor.

• Log and track rejects using excel and system applications on a daily basis
• Quality audit and resolve logged rejects daily
• Perform Random of Document Creation production weekly
• Provide 2 rejects per team member per week for correction of their own reject. Coach and give feedback on the correction by the team member.
o Provide feedback to the Document Creation Supervisor on the teams resolutions to the rejects
• Maintain & Provide Reject Report info/data
o During reject processing, track controllable and uncontrollable errors
o Analyze reject reason trends and determine the causes
o Utilize report as a tool to reduce rejects. With this information, assist DC Supervisor with developing ways for prevention of rejects, training, coaching and feedback
o Post daily reject figures
o Add weekly reject information and individual reject rate to the DC Daily Production Spreadsheet
• Aide in managing Aging report to ensure that it is processed and maintained weekly
• Maintain & Update our Forms & Fees using a pro-active and re-active approach
• Maintain and Update County/Agency Address and Phone Information as well as the functionality of the recording fee calculator
• Maintain & help develop eRecording Website
• Assist DC Supervisor with creation and standardization of DC Training Material & Reference to aide in quality assurance
• Facilitate communication to help ensure secure document processing and storage and well as process improvement
• Assist team with production when needed
Job Qualifications 5-8 years of business/operations experience, preferably directly related to the mortgage industry

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree preferred but not required.

Good communication, time management, prioritization, reporting, training and coaching skills are a must.

Detail and task oriented and adapts easily to process changes.
