Rels Valuation is seeking an experienced Appraiser for the Columbia, SC area. Responsibilities include estimating market value of residential properties for loan purposes.
Job Qualifications •SC State Certification required.
*FHA Licensed
•Minimum 5 years appraisal experience as a staff or fee appraiser with substantial experience appraising all residential property types.
•Completion of at least two residential appraisal courses (as offered by one of the approved professional appraisal organizations).
•Valid driver’s license.
•High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
•Good analytical skills as relates to appraisal theory and practice.
•Detail-orientated.
•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
