The Talent Management Coordinator will be responsible for performing administrative, customer service, program coordination, and data entry duties in support of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development. This position operates within the human resources function to assist with the staffing operations programs, training and development programs, on-boarding of new employees, as well as other HR related activity as assigned. Additionally, assists in a variety of human resources functions such as training coordination, relocation, immigration, employee relations, and other employee programs.
The Talent Management Coordinator:
• Initiates and manages wide variety of on-going projects, may include employee meetings, employee communications, training/workshop materials, etc. • Manages, tracks, updates and maintains various programs that require cross functional coordination • Creates reports and utilizes various software programs to streamline processes • Assists and presents new hire orientation on-site and to remote locations via webex • Assists in performance management program including the focal process • Responds to internal and external client requests • Responds to routine inquiries and requests from internal employee on Talent Management related topics; responds to external requests. • Works collaboratively with all members of Talent Management team to provide superior customer service to the business units as well as the HR organization • Provides administrative support for Talent Management, Staffing and Talent Acquisition teams • Other duties may be assigned as required to provide seamless service to business partners Job Qualifications Requirements: • 3+ years HR or related experience • College degree preferred • Strong administrative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Demonstrated strong judgment skills • Strong computer skills in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn various software quickly • Demonstrated abilities as a creative problem solver • Strong project management, prioritization skills • Good follow up skills • Ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information % of Travel Required None NOTICE: Individual is responsible to adhere to First American Corporation’s and department’s compliance and information security policies, practices, and procedures, including the handling of systems and data, in the performance of the role.
