First American Natural Hazard Disclosures (FANHD) a division of First American Professional Real Estate Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Financial Corp, a multi-billion, multi-national Fortune 500 business is currently seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our fast growing company.
FANHD is a profitable and well known provider of NATURAL HAZARD and ENVIRONMENTAL and TAX reports required for real estate transactions in California. We are looking a charismatic, high energy person who wants to join a dynamic growth oriented company and is eager to demonstrate proven sales skills. We offer great benefits and an energetic atmosphere. Our office is located in the Orange County Area with sales reps throughout California.
MUST WORK AND LIVE IN Sonoma or Marin County.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
. General Sales activities aimed at expanding FANHD’s existing Customer base.
. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate business unit goals.
. Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote product.
. Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Job Qualifications Job Requirements:
. Candidate must demonstrate strong Oral and Written communication skills.
. Strong organization skills.
. Self initiative and ability to operate effectively without constant supervision.
. A minimum of two years of proven and successful sales experience.
. Background in the Real Estate Industry (Title Representative, Real Estate Agent, etc.) REQUIRED.
. Strong Customer Service background
. Basic Computer Skills – MS Office, internet
. Extensive Driving- clean driving record
. Home office/computer needed
% of Travel Required 25%-50%
